The Vexed Jingle Dangle is used as a floatation core to build baits around in order to float them up off the bottom. Floating baits off the bottom does not only give the bait more presence, it also reduces stingray and crab interception.
The Jingle Dangle is rigged with a glass rattle for extra fish attraction.
